Reading 


In this weeks reading task I learned a lot of useful tips and writing skills for my own topic. I learned that it is important to write paragraphs and having a short sentence at the start of each paragraph on the topic findings and then proceed to explain what I have found and always reference back to that. It is also important to not repeat yourself constantly but back up any facts that you find. My opinion wont matter and I have to keep remembering that because I have to find real facts and explain what I have learned. It will be important to demonstrate my ability to learn and write about what I have learned. 


I find it difficult to not use "I" when writing because I am used to writing about my opinion on every project that I do. It is also difficult to write paragraphs since I am not used to them but I practiced and I am much more confident now.

Game Vision Statement

Projects: Vision Statement vision idea/design document     A vision idea/design document is created to present a plan that you have for your game. In this document, I will be expressing my idea of the game. I have decided that I am very interested in the game that would be called “Shooting stars”. I had game ideas like "shoot the starfish", shoot rings onto a big starfish, or shooting bubbles but I like the sound of shooting stars. The name "shooting stars" reminds me of the night, calmness, and overall peace. This game is all about relaxing your mind and destressing but also could be a challenge. Game Design Public domain license Link to image Game design seems hard yet after reading a few articles you soon realised how easy it can be to design and create a game. In my mind to create a game you have to be a genius with all of the knowledge of coding but after reading a post by Angela He" From Zero to Game Designer: how to start building video games even if you don’t have any experience"  you realise that in order to create a game all you need to have is an  idea, information about what kind of game you want it to be and the purpose, characters, some experience playing games, and some passion.   After reading the class reading task I realise you can create a game by drawing a simple line on a paper and dividing it into sections forming a challenge for the character.
