Reading 09 


This week I spent over 5 hours altogether on my reading task because I wanted to polish up all of my grammar , make the sentences longer and have the reference complete. I am happy with how I spend my hours this week because it means I will have less to do the next week. I found this task easy to understand and rewriting my whole chapter was sort of fun and relaxing. I used Thesauras to rephrase my sentences which made them sound better and it also made them longer. 


I enjoyed reading other people’s chapters too and see how everyone writes their paragraphs and learn more about gaming!

Game Vision Statement

Projects: Vision Statement vision idea/design document     A vision idea/design document is created to present a plan that you have for your game. In this document, I will be expressing my idea of the game. I have decided that I am very interested in the game that would be called “Shooting stars”. I had game ideas like "shoot the starfish", shoot rings onto a big starfish, or shooting bubbles but I like the sound of shooting stars. The name "shooting stars" reminds me of the night, calmness, and overall peace. This game is all about relaxing your mind and destressing but also could be a challenge. Game Design Public domain license Link to image Game design seems hard yet after reading a few articles you soon realised how easy it can be to design and create a game. In my mind to create a game you have to be a genius with all of the knowledge of coding but after reading a post by Angela He" From Zero to Game Designer: how to start building video games even if you don’t have any experience"  you realise that in order to create a game all you need to have is an  idea, information about what kind of game you want it to be and the purpose, characters, some experience playing games, and some passion.   After reading the class reading task I realise you can create a game by drawing a simple line on a paper and dividing it into sections forming a challenge for the character.
